Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for factory defects.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Show no physical damage

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Physically damaged items
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect handling or installation

Refund Process

Once the item is inspected and approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be processed
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
